The Treadfirst team in Stowmarket went above and beyond our expectations, managing to fit us in on an extremely busy day. Had some issues with my girlfriends Audi A3 suspension that made tracking the car extremely difficult, plus a change in wheel size. The knowledgable and friendly staff were persistent when I bought the car back because it didn’t feel right. They didn’t let the car leave until it was bang on, we need more garages like this. Really helpful. I had a nail in my tyre. They were able to repair it quickly, without fuss and didn't try to push me into buying extras. I would definitely recommend!
