Reece joined us as a Fitter and soon rose to the position of Manager.
He has experienced many of the roles within the company and is enthusiastic about all he does.
Reece is a keen car racer (in the confines of motor sport!) and is married to Kerry, our Accountant, and they also have two children.

Our van had a large bolt in the tyre early on Monday morning and they fitted us in straight away. New tyre fitted and heading for onward journey to Leeds within 25 minutes. Great service, thank you

Really good service. Had an emergency and had all four tyres replaced there and then. Well stocked guy behind the desk was talkative and polite and change was done quickly
Went there for a problem with car, and with a warranty. After 4 weeks, and approximately 3 emails, 3 phone calls and 3 visits, they still failed to provide the quote and diagnostic of problem on headed paper to submit claim to warranty handler. So, yes friendly, but I ended up having to book car into another garage and will be paying for repair rather than see if warranty on car, which came with purchase, could have covered the repair. I was disappointed as they seems so helpful and friendly. Such a disappointment.
Fantastic customer service and reasonable prices.Fit me in last minute for mot repairs. Living in Mendlesham, I asked if it would be completed same day and they assured me it was so I went to wait in costa. Unfortunately, there was more work required than originally though so they weren't able to complete the same day but they kept me updated, and gave me a lift home, and collected me for free the next day when the work was finished.Couldn't be happier with their service.
Cannot speak highly enough about this garage!! Highly recommend.Have recently had issues with my car and every time I have been in they have been determined and consistent to find a resolution without charging me the earth.There customer service is impeccable and they always try there hardest to get parts the same day or find a resolution same day.It is rare to find a garage that doesn't look at the person and see how much they can get fleece them and this place is always true to there word.On top of all this they also try to work around your pattern so if you need your car they will try there best to work around the customer.Would love to pin point people individually but I just have to give credit to the whole team.

Fantastic service.I had a service booked in they told me the problems they found and we worked it the best solution for the repairs . Again fantastic work might not be the cheapest but the quality of work is second to none definitely recommend them to you.

Their customer service is excellent, always so friendly, trustworthy and willing to help. I’ve had a few scenarios where I’ve needed a same day tyre change or a last minute MOT and they always squeeze you in if they can. They won’t overcharge or oversell either. Will always go to them first.

Absolutely useless. Had some work done on my car and a couple of days later while driving down the M11 the wheel almost came off because they hadn't bothered doing any of the nuts up properly and I had my family in the car. Should consider legal action

I was unfortunate to fall victim to the potholes of Saffron Walden, Treadfirst were polite, professional and efficient in helping me get my vehicle back in the road with replacement tyres as soon as possible. Fantastic customer service and value for money.
Arrived from a pot hole disaster at 930 worried as left dogs at home thinking 20Minutes to drop off an oap. Chris on the desk pulled someone off a job to get me in and out on my way home 1030!! Brilliant human kindness and understanding. good price and just made my day so grateful thank you!!
They were so friendly when I called with a suspected puncture, fitted me in the next day. Everyone was courteous, they kept to time and repaired the tyre inexpensively. A really positive experience, they will be my first port of call in the future.
Couldn't have been more disappointed with the service. We had several issues working with this company, and only persisted in the hope it was a one off initially. However, after three mis-diagnostics, an over-charge on parts and then incredibly rude service (we had to actually insist on what we thought the problem was - to 4 members of staff - before they finally listened, raised the car and saw that they - the experts - were completely incorrect). If we had not insisted, who knows what 'problem' they would have fixed/not fixed. There was no offer of an apology, compensation, or a solution even! We had the problem fixed immediately, efficiently and extremely professionally in Haverhill in the end. Such a shame.
Recently moved back to area needed tyres and remembered how professional there were, and they still are, good customer service and fair prices would definitely go back for their service's
Fantastic service here! We were visiting the area for a wedding and had the exhaust come loose. We called on a Saturday and 5 minutes later the car was up on the ramp and they were looking at it for us. As we were pushed for time, they were able to do a temporary job, to fix it, then we were able to take it to our garage when we got home.
Very efficient, very thorough. Unlike a lot of businesses these guys genuinely try to help.
