Very helpful, managed to fit me in for an MoT the next day. Very good service.

I took my BMW there for a squeaking rear wheel. They were very accommodating and managed to fit me in and provide a courtesy car for me to use. I work nightshift so often it is difficult to find a garage that can work around my schedule. I have to say they were really good with my schedule and asked when would be a good time to call you. I really appreciate this and have to say is hard to find. This is a garage that puts the customer first and acts to work around the customer’s needs. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Another fantastic branch of Treadfirst. After my excellent experience in the Diss branch, I decided to book my MOT and full service here as Diss haven't got a technician on staff for this. I'm SO glad I chose to book in with the lovely team at Stowmarket. They made a stressful car issue much less daunting and were so kind to me. Very friendly, efficient and professional throughout. My car was in and out by lunchtime as discussed despite a big issue that was picked up on my MOT. My car is now safe, serviced and MOT'd for another year. Shout out to Marcus who is the current stand in manager (but is actually the area manager) - he is so knowledgeable and even showed me the wheel bearing on my car that had caused me issues. To have someone explain it and show it to me was so helpful and I am very grateful. I'm afraid I didn't catch everyone else's names but everyone was lovely. Always go to Treadfirst since moving back to Stowmarket and they always go above and beyond. This morning, I spoke to Marcus on the phone, and was told to take my car in "for a look." He did everything he could with my very broken tyre, then gave advice on the next steps, which - so far! - seems to have worked. I look forward to coming back to Treadfirst for a new tyre and fitting when my replacement wheel arrives. x

Hi ..I had a tricky situation with a screw embedded in a tyre prior to a a planned trip to Newcastle. These guys ordered in a replacement tyre in short order. As it transpired the screw hadn't penetrated the tyre so no replacement needed.Unfortunatley no sale for them today and a considerable savings for me. Just wanted to say ..great customer service and will be absolutely recommending and using again

I cannot express how much I recommend these guys and Reece the manager is a hero and went above and beyond. Had to get recovered overnight due to a blow out on the way to my MOT at a different place. 7am I was there as Reece came into work and explained the situation. By 10am he had done both my tyres, wheel alignment and done the full MOT which is missed at the other garage. A massive thank you to the guys and I won’t be going anywhere else now.

Can’t speak highly enough of this place, my third visit to date, took it in for a planned repair, they also fixed my lights and checked my tyre pressures. When I got home I discovered that they had also re-filled my empty washer bottle!! Reece is a credit to this company, nothing is too much trouble!!

I went shopping with my car in the morning, all worked well.When I went out later car wouldn't start, flashed indicator lights randomly and made beeping noises. I videoed it, and took it to Treadfirst. Diagnosed as nothing more than a flat battery (I had left ignition on for a prolonged period), but explained very politely and patiently. I then went to Stowmarket, bought a trickle charger. All was well. Thanks very much.

Got a new tyre. What more can I say. Apart from had an appointment at 4pm and did have to wait nearly 1 hour.

Our van had a large bolt in the tyre early on Monday morning and they fitted us in straight away. New tyre fitted and heading for onward journey to Leeds within 25 minutes. Great service, thank you
