I got a puncture travelling home from work and managed to get to the side of the road. A kindly police officer stopped in her car (parked on double yellow) and she suggested trying Treadfirst which was across the road. I went in and Alex (front man for Treadfirst) was brilliant. He said he could fit me in, came out with me to help stop the traffic and examined all tyres and agreed only one needed doing now but the two back tyres would need doing soon. I waited for around an hour for a time slot and lo and behold all done. Martin, the tyre fitter did an excellent and professional job. All in all, I would recommend this company for their professionalism and kindness for a lady in need. Thank you Treadfirst.

I can't recommend this branch of Treeadfirst highly enough! All the guys in here are brilliant, friendly, professional and most of all they have integrity. My car has had a lot of issues ahead of its MOT and all have been resolved to the highest standard. Shout out to branch manager Alex who is always so welcoming and puts you at ease. Also to Lewis, Martin, Richard, Mick (?) and whoever is behind the scenes who I haven't met. My car always leaves in a better state than it arrived in - even on the smallest of jobs. Thank you for taking the stress out of car trouble. If you did MOTs, I'd be there for those too! 5 million stars 🤩😎

I can’t recommend this tyre shop highly enough! I initially emailed to enquire about a specific tyre needed for my vehicle, and I was promptly responded to with a very competitive price. I then booked in and was greeted with exceptional customer service from Alex, the manager. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, which is rare to find. I will definitely be recommending and using their services again.

Alex and the team are the best in Norfolk and further. Sorted me out so many times and they are great guys. Had a few issues and they were honest with the issues, could have easier over charged but instead were more reasonable than anyone

Called in tread first today. Marcus sourced and fitted a new number plate bulb and Alex sorted out my on-board computer after showing a fault for two years. Thank you both for your amazing service. Will definitely be using tread first again.

My local garage was unable to help me today as I needed a new tyre due to a nail being embedded too close to the edge. I drove to Treadfirst as recommended by my garage but didn’t check first if they had availability. On arrival Alex advised me they were fully booked but would try to help, which I was very grateful for. Fortunately they had a tyre in stock and Paul kindly fitted it for me. Everyone I spoke to at Treadfirst were very helpful and friendly, excellent service all round. Thank you very much, you certainly made my day!

We called in on our last day of our holiday, with a noisy exhaust, on the off-chance of someone being able to diagnose the problem. The staff at Treadfirst were so helpful - initially were going to do a temporary repair to get us home, but then located an exhaust and we had it fitted and back on the road within a couple of hours and all at a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you very much.

2 weeks ago I had a new exhaust fitted. It became apparent to me the noise coming from it was not correct.this week I took it back on tuesdsy at 8am . Alex was so helpfull and agreed to renew the part that was the problem.ordered part and that same day was fitted. Richard was also really helpful I wouldn't have anyone else at the diss branch look after me. When I went back at 4pm the same service from both of them. Alex also made me a cup of tea. Having worked my self for forty years in retail customer service. This was really going the extra mile for me. Thankyou Alex.thankyou richard . Well done credit to the company.

Outstanding Service! We were on holiday from the north of Scotland when our Discovery Sport developed a bulge in a tyre, not knowing the area we chanced upon Treadfirst who not only had the specific Pirelli tyre required in stock but had us back on the road within 30 minutes at a very competitive price.
