FA Womens Continental League Cup Final 5th March 2023

Promoter: Treadfirst Tyre & Exhausts Ltd, 4 Martins Road, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 2FT.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. Promotion open to retail customers, resident in the UK aged 18 years+. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, retailer, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion.
2. Entry to this promotion requires the entrant/s to have a personal, valid, and current Facebook and/or Instagram account.
3. Maximum 1 entry per person per platform (1 entry on Facebook and 1 entry on Instagram is allowable). Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void. If any entrant creates numerous Facebook or Instagram accounts in order to enter the Promotion more than once per platform, they will be disqualified.
4. How to enter: Online entry only at https://www.facebook.com/Treadfirst or https://www.instagram.com/treadfirst/. The promotion will entail the user entering by liking and commenting on the specified post(s) on either Facebook and/or Instagram as indicated by the Promoter.  All entries will be entered into the appropriate draw. Comment on social media post between Tuesday 21^st February and Sunday 26^th February 2023.
5. The Prize: Two general admin tickets to the final of the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup, which is being held at Selhurst Park Stadium, Holmesdale Rd, London, SE25 6PU on Sunday 5^th March 2023. Food and travel costs will not be paid for by the Promoter, this will be the responsibility of the winners to organise.
6. Winner Selection: There will be a total of 1 winner which will be decided by a draw.
7. Draw: There will be 1 draw, with the winner drawn and announced on Monday 27th February 2023.
8. Winner notification: The winners will be notified within 1 day of the draw taking place on the social media post announcing the winner and via direct message on the social platform that they entered the competition. Following notification, the  winner will have 48 hours to claim the prize. Once claimed winners will be emailed the prize within 4 days. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, the prize may be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Prizes will be handed out on a first to claim basis. Prizes cannot be returned for another prize.
9. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.   You are providing your information to the Promoters, not Facebook or Instagram.  The information you provide will only be used for the promotion. By entering the promotion all participants accept that they have no claim against Facebook or Instagram.   whatsoever.
10. No responsibility can be taken for prizes, which are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any other reason.

11. No cash or other gift alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
12. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the gift will only be awarded directly to the qualifying competition entrant.
13. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of gift, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants.
16. The winner[s] agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion. This applies to anyone aged 18 years +.  Names and counties of winners will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closing date by sending a self-addressed envelope to Treadfirst Tyre & Exhausts Ltd, 4 Martins Road, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 2FT
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
19. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
20. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.)
